What are your shipping options?

We offer standard shipping and free order pick-ups. Shipping details and costs will be displayed during checkout.

 

How much does shipping cost within the Netherlands?

We offer standard shipping for €4,99 within The Netherlands. Free delivery over orders of €99. Shipping details and costs will be displayed during checkout. Free pickup also available during our BY DAY Socials or in Amsterdam West.

 

Where can I pick up my order?

Free pickups are available during our BY DAY Socials at São Paulo Cafe. Faster delivery needed? Please contact us for additional pick up locations in Amsterdam.  

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We are a small company with limited resources. Please keep in mind that standard shipping takes 2-7 business days. However, we try to deliver your items as soon as possible! Quick pickups also available.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDeal, Bancontact and Bank Transfer through Mollie Payments. All payments are processed securely to protect your personal and payment information.

 

How do I use a discount or promo code?

During checkout, you will have the option to enter your promo code in the 'Discount Code' field. The discount will be applied to your order before you finalize your payment.

 

Can I change the order after placement?

If you notice an error, please contact our customer support as soon as possible, and we'll try to assist you.

Can I exchange or return an item?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To return or exchange an item, please use our contact form to reach out to us.

Will I get a full refund for my return?

Yes, as long as the item is returned in its original condition (with tags), you will receive a full refund. Return shipping fees may apply.

 

When are you restocking?

We do our best to restock popular items, but restocking is not guaranteed. You can sign up for notifications, check back regularly for updates or, follow us on Instagram for our most recent updates.

 

Can I purchases items as gifts and have them wrapped?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping for an additional fee. You can select this option when you add the item to your shopping bag. No need to worry about the invoice: we send it via email - and won't include it in the package!

 

How can I learn more about your sustainability efforts?

For us, it is highly important that our products are sustainable, ethical and eco-friendly. You can find more details on each product's description, read more about our efforts here, or send us an email. We are happy to answer any suggestions, questions and concerns.
